You are warmly invited to our second ‘Connect’ resource evening on Wednesday 29th January 7pm – 9pm, at Meadgate Church.
This event is for anyone who works with young people, in any capacity. This includes church leaders, volunteers and parents.
Understanding the biological, emotional and psychological effects of the growing teenage brain can be hugely beneficial in informing how we relate to, communicate with and love our young people.
Karen Tullett has carried out wide-ranging research on this and her previous presentation to our team was so excellent that we wanted to open up the opportunity to others.
Please find attached a letter with more information, a poster for use in church (and other) notices and a link to an evite which will help us have an idea of numbers attending. Please also see evite link below.
This event is FREE to attend!
We begin the evening with pizza and a chance to chat and get to know one another.
There will also be opportunity for group discussion, questions and prayer.
